Our journey begins with a scenic drive through the Atlas Mountains, offering breathtaking views and showcasing traditional Berber architecture. We’ll visit the historic Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with its fascinating history and ancient structures. Next, you’ll experience the beauty of the Rose Valley and Dades Valley, followed by a visit to the dramatic Todra Gorge, known for its towering cliffs.

Sahara Desert Adventure: Camel Ride & Starry Nights

Next, we’ll head to the Sahara Desert, where you’ll enjoy a memorable camel ride across the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi. Watch the stunning desert sunset and spend an unforgettable night at a Berber desert camp under a star-filled sky. During your stay, you’ll learn about the nomadic desert lifestyle and experience the lively sounds of Gnawa music in the village of Khamliya.

Uncover the Charm of Fez

The tour continues to Fez, one of Morocco’s most historic and captivating cities. Famous for its well-preserved medieval architecture, Fez offers a glimpse into Morocco’s rich past. Stroll through the narrow alleys of the ancient medina, filled with intricate mosaics, beautiful ironwork, and arched doorways. You’ll also visit ancient Roman ruins and explore remnants of past empires dating back to the 3rd century.

Chefchaouen: The Blue City & Scenic Rif Mountains

One of the highlights of the trip is Chefchaouen, the famous “Blue City.” Nestled in the Rif Mountains, this picturesque town is known for its blue-painted buildings and stunning natural scenery. As we drive through the Rif Mountains, enjoy scenic views of lush hills and valleys, before we make our way back to Casablanca.

Day 1: Arrival in Marrakesh

Upon your arrival in Marrakesh, we’ll take care of transferring you to your accommodation based on your flight schedule. Enjoy the evening at your leisure, resting and preparing for the exciting days ahead.

Day 2: Marrakesh – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate

After a delightful breakfast at your riad, we’ll embark on our 9-day adventure from Marrakesh to Casablanca. The journey begins as we head toward Ouarzazate via the stunning Tizi n Tichka pass, offering breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. We’ll make several stops for photos along the way. Our first off-road detour takes us to Telouet, where we’ll explore the impressive Kasbah Glaoui. Next, you can enjoy a walk through the picturesque villages perched on the hills, surrounded by fertile crops. Afterward, we’ll continue to Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Following lunch near the kasbah, we’ll head to Ouarzazate, famously known as the “Hollywood of Africa.” You may choose to visit the film studios, showcasing props from iconic films such as *The Mummy* and *Gladiator*. The day concludes with a visit to the historic Kasbah Taourirt, another gem of the Glaoui heritage.

Day 3: Ouarzazate – Todra Gorges – Erfoud – Sahara Desert

After breakfast, we’ll continue our 9-day tour by driving toward the breathtaking Todra Gorges, passing through the palm groves of Skoura. We’ll cross the scenic Roses Valley and Dades Valley, stopping to admire the landscapes. Our next stop is Tinghir, a town nestled at the foot of the Anti Atlas Mountains, before we reach the impressive Todra Gorges. After lunch, we’ll head to Merzouga, passing through charming towns such as Tinejdad, Touroug, and Erfoud. Along the way, you’ll witness the ancient Khettarat irrigation system. Upon arrival at the vast dunes of Erg Chebbi, we’ll switch to camels for an unforgettable ride across the golden sands. After watching the sunset over the dunes, we’ll reach our Berber camp where a delicious dinner and lively traditional entertainment await. Spend the night under the stars in the heart of the Sahara.

Day 4: Sahara Desert – Ziz Valley – Midelt – Azrou – Ifrane – Fes

After breakfast, we’ll start our journey toward Rissani to visit the lively local souk. From there, we’ll drive through the expansive Ziz Valley, dotted with millions of palm trees, before continuing to Errachidia. As we make our way through the Ziz Gorges and the Middle Atlas Mountains, we’ll stop to admire the stunning views. We’ll break for lunch in Midelt before heading toward Fes, passing through the cedar forests of Azrou, home to Barbary monkeys. Our next stop is Ifrane, often referred to as “Little Switzerland” due to its European-style architecture. By the afternoon, we’ll arrive in Fes, where we’ll check into your riad for an overnight stay.

Day 5: Explore Fes

After breakfast, we’ll set out to discover Fes, the oldest city in Morocco. You’ll explore its narrow, winding streets and visit iconic sites like the Royal Palace Gate, the Jewish Quarter (Mellah), and the renowned Al Qaraouine University, the world’s oldest existing university. We’ll also visit the Tanneries and the Mausoleum of Moulay Idriss. After lunch, you’ll have the chance to visit a traditional tile cooperative and enjoy panoramic views of the Fes medina. In the evening, we’ll return to your riad for a relaxing night.

Day 6: Fes – Meknes – Volubilis – Chefchaouen

On day six of our 9-day journey, we’ll depart early for Meknes. There, we’ll explore monumental gates such as Bab Berdaine and Bab Khemis, as well as the Moulay Ismail Mausoleum, the only mosque in Morocco open to non-Muslims. Next, we’ll drive to Volubilis, the ancient Roman ruins, to explore this 2,000-year-old site. Afterward, we’ll head to Chefchaouen, the charming blue city, where we’ll stay overnight.

Day 7: Chefchaouen – Tetouan – Tangier

Following breakfast, you’ll have some free time to explore Chefchaouen at your own pace. Around noon, we’ll continue our drive through the Rif Mountains, passing by Tetouan before arriving in Tangier, where we’ll spend the night.

Day 8: Tangier – Asilah – Rabat – Casablanca

After breakfast, we’ll embark on a sightseeing tour of Tangier, visiting notable sites like Cap Spartel, the Palace of the Sultan, the Necropolis, and the Caves of Hercules. Then, we’ll head to Asilah, a lovely coastal town, where you’ll have free time to wander its vibrant streets and pick up souvenirs. Our journey continues to Rabat, where we’ll explore the Kasbah of the Udayas, a 12th-century fortress, and the Hassan Tower with its Mausoleum, an iconic symbol of Moroccan history. In the late afternoon, we’ll arrive in Casablanca for a delicious dinner and overnight stay.

Day 9: Casablanca – Marrakesh

After breakfast, we’ll visit Casablanca’s magnificent Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Morocco, on a guided tour. Then, depending on your flight time, we’ll transfer you back to Marrakesh, bringing an end to our 9-day tour across Morocco’s iconic cities and the Sahara Desert.
