Day 1: Marrakech – Telouet – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Gorges [325 km]

Start your adventure with a journey from Marrakech to Boumalne Dades. Departing at 8:00 am, we’ll travel through the stunning Atlas Mountains, offering breathtaking views. The first stop is the iconic Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Explore its fascinating history before heading to Ouarzazate, famous for its film studios and cinematic history. Afterward, enjoy a scenic drive through the Roses Valley before spending the night at a hotel or riad in Boumalne Dades.

Day 2: Dades Gorges – Draa Valley – Rissani – Merzouga [269 km]

After breakfast, we’ll head to the desert, passing through the stunning Todra Gorge in Tinghir, nestled between towering cliffs. After lunch, we’ll continue our journey to Erfoud and meet our camel guide. Embark on a camel ride through the Erg Chebbi dunes to reach the desert camp. Witness a mesmerizing sunset and enjoy Berber music around a campfire. Spend the night under the stars in the desert.

Day 3: Exploring Merzouga Area & Visit Nomad Families [60 km]

Wake up early for a Sahara sunrise followed by breakfast. Today, visit the nomadic families who live in the desert, learning about their way of life. We’ll also explore a village known for its Gnawa music before visiting a nearby lake. After a traditional lunch, return to your hotel in Merzouga for a restful evening.

Day 4: Merzouga – Ziz Valley – Azrou Cedar Forest – Fes [467 km]

Start the day with breakfast and travel through the picturesque Ziz Valley. We’ll make a stop for panoramic views of the valley before heading to the Azrou Cedar Forest, where you can spot wild Barbary macaques. Continue to Ifrane, known as “The Switzerland of Morocco,” and enjoy a brief visit before heading to Fes. Spend the night at a riad in the heart of Fes.

Day 5: Visit Fes with a Local Guide

Experience Fes with a guided tour, starting at the stunning Royal Palace. Marvel at the brass doors and intricate designs. Visit the Mellah, the first Jewish quarter in Morocco, and wander through the beautiful Jnane Sbile Gardens. Explore the old Medina, home to historical sites like the Al Qarawiyyin University, the Chouara Tannery, and the El Merenid Tombs. Return to your riad in the evening for a restful night.

Day 6: Fes to Casablanca [297 km]

On the final day, we’ll head to Casablanca. Visit the magnificent Hassan II Mosque, the largest mosque in Africa, for an unforgettable tour. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Depending on your flight schedule, we’ll drop you off at the airport or your accommodation, bringing this amazing 6-day tour to an end.
