Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Tinghir

Your adventure begins with a departure from Marrakech in the morning, heading through the High Atlas Mountains. Drive across the Tizi n’Tichka Pass, offering sweeping views of the rugged terrain, lush valleys, and Berber villages along the way. Stop for photos and brief walks to enjoy the stunning landscape. Arrive in Tinghir in the afternoon. Upon reaching the town, you’ll have time for a short visit to the Todra Gorge, a narrow canyon with towering cliffs that reach up to 300 meters. You can take a walk or hike in the gorge before heading to your hotel or riad. Enjoy dinner at your accommodation, where you can relax after your drive through the mountains.

Day 2: Tinghir – Todra Gorge – Merzouga (Sahara Desert)

After breakfast, you’ll head to Merzouga, the gateway to the Sahara Desert. Along the way, you’ll pass through the picturesque Todra Gorge once more, but this time with the opportunity for a longer stop to appreciate the grandeur of the cliffs and surrounding landscapes. In the afternoon, arrive at Merzouga. From here, you’ll ride camels into the Erg Chebbi dunes, where you can enjoy the dramatic sunset as the desert sands change color. After a tranquil evening in the desert, enjoy a traditional dinner under the stars at your luxury desert camp. Relax in your tent for the night, soaking in the quiet beauty of the Sahara.

Day 3: Merzouga – Agdz – Marrakech

Wake up early for a mesmerizing Sahara sunrise. After breakfast, return to Merzouga by camel and then drive towards Agdz, passing through the Draa Valley, which is known for its date palms and kasbahs. This scenic valley offers an authentic taste of rural Morocco, and you can make a brief stop to explore some of the kasbahs before continuing your journey. In the late afternoon, travel through the High Atlas Mountains once more and head back to Marrakech, where your tour concludes by evening.
